How do you solve and graph #1 <= x + 3 < 5#?

If you substract 3 from both sides you get
graph{-2<=x<2 [-11.25, 11.25, -5.625, 5.625]}
Its the area between lines x=-2 and x=2 but x does take values smaller than 2
