#w = (2-y)/5#

Move the #w#'s to one side of the equals sign and everything else to the other:

#2w - y (+2)(- 2w) = 7w - 2 (+2)(-2w)#

#2 - y = 5w#

Divide everything by #5#

#(2 - y)/5 = (5w)/5#

#(2 - y)/5#
