$x = 9 + 3 y$ $x = 9 + 3y$

$2 (9 + 3 y) - 6 y = 10$ $2(9 + 3y) - 6y = 10$

$18 + 6 y - 6 y = 10$ $18 + 6y - 6y = 10$

$0 y = - 8$ $0y = -8$

$y = \emptyset$ $y = O/$

Hence, this system has no solution because the two lines are parallel.
