From first one, $2 y = 3 x - 10$ $2y=3x-10$

Hence, $5 x + 3 x - 10 = 6$ $5x+3x-10=6$ or $8 x = 16$ $8x=16$ . So $x = 2$ $x=2$ .

Thus, $2 y = 3 \cdot 2 - 10$ $2y=3*2-10$ or $2 y = - 4$ $2y=-4$ . So $y = - 2$ $y=-2$ .

I found $2 y$ $2y$ from first equation and put into second one.
