Concentration creates stress which is relieved by Le Chatelier's principle.
Explanation:
If the concentration of the reactants is increased the reaction will reduce the stress created by the concentration by moving the reaction to the right to the products.
If the concentration of the products is increased the reaction will reduce the stress created by the concentration by moving the reaction to the left to the reactants.
