for example: coin flipping
in general the possibility of tail and head should be 50%
but actually it could be
30% head & 70%tail or
40%head & 60% tail or......
but the more times you do the experiment => the sample is larger (usually higher than 30)
by CLT (central limit theorem) ,finally it will converge to 50% 50%
