Directly and indirectly the nucleus of a cell controlls all the actvities of cytoplasmic organells. The nucleus is the centre of a cell. There is one relation between the nucleus and cytoplasm. During the break of this relation, the cell becomes un-controlled and this situation may result the cancer. Thank you.
