Explanation:
The Hubble Space Telescope's (2015) find is the nearest quasar at a distance of 60 Mly.
This quasar is a whirling-about-each-other binary Black Hole, at the center of the galaxy Markarian 231
This discovery has outwitted the surmise that quasars are point sources of light, far distant than galaxies.
The nearest Black Hole center is the Milky Way center at about 25000 ly. I think that every Black Hole center is not that powerful point-light-source to be categorized as a quasar.
