How is the cell membrane affected by temperature?

The cell membrane is made of phospholipids which are rather fluid.
It is somewhat stabilized which imbedded proteins. Increasing temperature makes the membrane more unstable and very fluid.
Decreasing the temperature will slow the membrane somewhat.
The membrane will completely loose structure if the temperature rises beyond a certain point. Cell death will be the result.
