How is the word "paradox" used in a sentence?

A paradox is a literary element which is used to state obviously untrue, contradictory or absurd statements but in fact is or may be true.
Some of the examples are:
The man who wrote a stupid sentence cannot write at all,
Nobody goes to that park, it's too crowded,
Don't go near the water until you've learned to swim,
If you get this message, call me; if you don't,then don't
worry about it
If a person always says about himself that he always lies, is that a lie or a truth?
