Human body cells (except eggs and sperm) have 23 pairs of chromosomes. Of these, 22 pairs are autosomes and 1 pair are sex chromosomes.
This is a male as you can see by the XY. Females have XX as their sex chromosomes. .
Actually images of chromosomes are really jumbled until they can be sorted and arranged.
