Well the mass of 2 PROTONS, and 2 NEUTRONS is 6.64xx10^-27 *kg. And clearly this mass relates to the ""^4He nucleus

And the electronic mass is 9.11×10^(−31)* kg

And so we divide the former by the latter...

=(6.64xx10^-27 *kg)/(9.11×10^(−31)*kg)=??

I make it about 10000 electrons....
