It would be slower.
Explanation:
Pancreas make digestive enzymes such as amylase, lipase, and protease. If it was damaged, then it wouldn't produce much enzymes, and therefore digestion will be slowed.
Liver produces bile which is important in fat digestion, and if it was damaged, less bile will be likely produced, and therefore fat digestion will be slower.
