If the middle our of galaxy is a black hole, then why in pictures does it look like a huge star?

Because of the density of actual stars around it.

Explanation:

First of all, we do not have an actual picture of the black hole at the center of our galaxy. To do so would require that the picture be taken from a vantage point above the solar system which we do not have.

As you go closer to the center of our galaxy, and any galaxy for that matter, the amount of stars increases greatly. This has to do with the gravitational effect of the black hole.
