We search for the questions containing related words, anywhere on the site
Explanation:
The logic is really simple: we take the words in the question that was just answered or updated, and search for other questions containing those or similar words in our database.
Often this returns questions in the same topic/chapter/course, but sometimes it returns questions in different courses.
