Yes.

Explanation:

You can attach images to your questions by clicking on the Image button in the Question Details section of the Ask a question modal.

This will allow you to upload images from your computer or by using the URL of the image.

Alternatively, you can upload your image online using a free image hosting and sharing service [there are plenty to choose from, just do a quick Google search on image uploading], then simply add the link in the Question Details section.
