In this example we have nine data points. Arranged in order:
100

For 30th percentile the index is `0.3 xx 10 = 3` Third number up is 105. This is the 30th percentile

For the 90th percentile the index is `0.9 xx 10 = 9`
The 9th number up from the lowest is 176.
