For the journey of $12$ $12$ miles, each company will charge $$ 420$ $$420$ .

Suppose that for the travel of $m$ $m$ miles, the costs are the same.

As per Ozzy's limo company charges, the cost is $$ (300 + 10 m)$ $$(300+10m)$ ,

whereas, Geezer's, $$ (60 + 30 m)$ $$(60+30m)$ .

$:. 300+10m=60+30m rArr 300-60=30m-10m$

$rArr 240=20m rArr m=240/20=12$

Hence, travelling $12" miles"$ by car provided by either of the

company, the charge of $$420$ will be reqd. to be paid.
