Please help. How do you delete an Anwser or a Question that you double posted?

You can't do that yourself.

Explanation:

Regular contributors cannot delete answers, so your best bet is to send me a personal note or @mention me in the comments section of the question to which you've posted the answer.

I'll swing by as soon as I can and delete the answer.

The same goes for deleting questions. We used to have a way for regular contributors to signal that a question should be deleted by clicking on Edit Question `->` Close Question

but that feature has been removed. So one again, your best bet is to send me a note or @mention me in the comments section.
