Using the figure below we have that

The area of the triangle is

`E=1/2b*(h_b)=1/2*11.3*26=146.9 cm^2`

In order to find the perimeter, we need to find the side `a` (figure)
hence from Pythagorean Theorem we have that

`a^2=(h_b)^2+(b/2)^2=>a=sqrt(26^2+5.65^2)=>a=26.6`

So the perimeter is

`T=a+a+b=2a+b=2*26.6+11.3=64.5cm`
