The conjugate acid of NH3 is NH+4, ammonium ion; the conjugate base is NH2, amide ion.

Explanation:

The amide ion does not exist in aqueous solution. Nor does the imide ion, NH2, nor does azide ion, N3 (which are the conjugate bases of which species?). In pure liquid ammonia these species might well exist.
