Carbon Dioxide (CO2) & Water (H2O)

Explanation:

Octane is made up of simply Carbon & Hydrogen.

In complete combustion, all the carbon and hydrogen atoms present react with oxygen ('combust') and thus the following occurs;

C + O2 = CO2

4H + O2 = 2H2O

For Octane this would be;

2C8H18 + 25O2 = 16CO2 + 18H2O
