What causes ulcerations in the small intestine? Are these conditions hereditary?

A stomach ulcer (also called a peptic ulcer) is a small erosion (hole) in the gastrointestinal tract.
Ulcers are caused by bacterium Helecobactor pylori
No this is not inheritable because it is somatic character controlled by somatoplasm and not the germplasm.
Any thing will be inherited only if it is controlled by the germplasm according to Theory of continuity of Germplasm by August Weismen.
