Calcium Oxide in water forms Calcium Hydroxide + Heat. The Calcium Hydroxide will react with the Nitric Acid by neutralization rxn to form Calcium Nitrate, Carbon Dioxide and Water + Heat (exothermic)

Explanation:

CaO(aq) + HOH(l) => Ca(OH)_2(aq) + Heat

HNO_3(aq) + Ca(OH)_2(aq) => Ca(NO_3)_2(aq) + HOH(l) + CO_2(g) + Heat
