mRNA takes instructions from DNA which only uses the bases A,T,G,C. They pair up as "A-T" and "G-C" in DNA.
However, RNA uses A,U,G,C and pair up as "A-U" and "G-C".
Therefore to make this mRNA sequences from DNA the sequences of DNA would need to be:
TTAC and GGCTA
