- Rett's syndrome is a neurological disorder . It is a genetical disorder . It mostly effects on girls

- CAUSE: It occurs due to chance mutation of X chromosome .
It is quite dangerous and serious for boys because they have only on X chromosome whereas girls have two X chromosomes .It is noticed in past cases of rett syndrom, that boys with this disease rarely lived.

- loss of speech
- sensory problem
- trouble with breathing!!
