What is the difference between a Eukaryote and a Prokaryote?

Eukaryotes have developed nucleus where as prokaryotes are undeveloped cells and do not have nucleus.
Eukaryotes :
- Endoplasmic reticulum is present
- They are of size of around 40 micro metres.
- They have DNA confined within the chromosomes.
- They have double membrane components.
Prokaryotes :
- No Endoplasmic reticulum.
- Sized 0.5 -5 micro meters.
- Circular and naked DNA.
- No double membrane components.
