m=(Deltay)/(Deltax)=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(-3-3)/(5-0)=-6/5

Then you can use the realtionship:

y-y_0=m(x-x_0)

Where we can choose the coordinates of, say, the first point to be (x_0,y_0):
y-3=-6/5(x-0)
