The equation of line is y=1/2x+1y=12x+1

Explanation:

Co-ordinate of x-intercept is (-2,0)(−2,0)
Co-ordinate of y-intercept is (0,1)(0,1)
The equation of line passing above point 0,10,1 is y-1=m(x-0) or y=mx+1y−1=m(x−0)ory=mx+1
The slope of line passing above two points is m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(1-0)/(0-(-2))=1/2m=y2−y1x2−x1=1−00−(−2)=12
