${(f(6)=0 Rightarrow (x_1,y_1)=(6,0)),(f(0)=6 Rightarrow (x_2,y_2)=(0,6)):}$ ,

the slope $m$ can be found by the slope formula

$m={y_2-y_1}/{x_2-x_1}={6-0}/{0-6}=-1$ .

By Point-Slope Form $y-y_1=m(x-x_1)$ , we have

$y-0=-1(x-6)$ .
