So, you can make (-3,-8) (3,8) be (x_1,y_1)(x1,y1) and (0,-2)(0,2) be (x_2,y_2)(x2,y2). Then, just plug it into the slope equation.

(-2-(-8))/(0-(-3))=(-2+8)/(0+3)=6/3=22(8)0(3)=2+80+3=63=2
