What punctuation do you use for an interrogative sentence that ends with a quotation?

You end the sentence with a question mark outside the quotation mark.
Explanation:
An interrogative sentence should always be ended with a question mark no matter if it contains other punctuation or not. As the question mark is not the part of the title (or whatever you put in quotation marks) it should be left outside.
Examples:
- Have you ever read "Hamlet" ?
If there is a question mark inside of the quotation mark, another shouild be added after it to end the sentence:
- Who is the author of "Quo vadis?" ?
In this sentence title is a question so it has its "own" question mark inside quotation marks, but it is not enough and you have to add a question mark outside the quotation marks to end the whole sentence.
