the eruption of lava from a volcano always form igneous rocks. It is a common concept that when the red hot fluid is inside volcano we call it magma and when it erupts it is called lava. There are two kinds of igneous rocks i.e. Intrusive (which form inside a volcano) and Extrusive (which form by eruption of volcano).
