What would the (x,y) table look like for a horizontal and a vertical line graph?

A horizontal line would have the equation y=number, so the table would have the same number for y whatever the value of x
In this case number stands for the distance of the horizontal line from the x axis (positive or negative = above or below).

With a vertical line it's the other way around. The equation is x=number, so whatever the y value the x value stays constant.
In this case number stands for the distance of the vertical line from the y axis (positive or negative = right or left).
