When will the ozone layer disappear?

No one knows for sure, but the ozone layer is not expected to disappear any time in the near future.

Explanation:

The ozone layer is not expected to disappear any time in the near future. While the hole in the ozone layer over the Antarctic is shrinking, ozone is thinning elsewhere across the planet. A study that came out early in 2018 found that ozone levels were unexpectedly decreasing in the lower stratosphere between 60° S and 60° N and that increases in the upper stratospheric ozone was not enough to offset these decreases.

This was not what scientists expected to find and the causes and mechanisms have yet to be explored. Thus, it is impossible to say what will happen next, as we still have much to understand about the ozone. Read more here.

NASA has a great website devoted to monitoring the ozone where you can see what the ozone levels look like for the day, watch movies of the ozone hole through seasons, and find more information. It's called Ozone Watch.
