Which element has the largest atomic radius?

Is it francium? if so or if not how do we know what element has the largest atomic radius?

Francium would be a good bet.........

As you know, atomic radii decreases across a Period, from left to right as we face the Table, and increases down a Group. But as a chemist, as a physical scientist, you should examine the data.

And how do we know? How else by measurement? I don't know how they perform the measurement.
