Charley Pride and Deford Bailey.
Explanation:
Charley Pride was the first African-American inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame (2000), followed by Deford Bailey when he was inducted in 2005.
With a much larger presence in Rap, Blues and Rock, many other fine musicians of African origins are not eligible for this Hall, although they have been honored elsewhere.
