Price of each enchalida is $2.90, but each taco reduces it by $0.60.

Explanation:

As friend had ordered one taco and two enchalida more than me and has paid $12.707.50=$5.20 more, this is the price of one taco and two enchalida.

Hence doubling two tacos and four enchalida cost 2×5.20=$10.40. But two tacos and three enchalida cost 7.50. Hence price of one enchalida is $10.40$7.50=$2.90.

This means three enchalida cost $2.90×3=$8.70 and as total price paid by me was just $7.50, reduction in price for two tacos is $8.70$7.50=$1.20 and price of one taco must be $1.20÷2=$0.60 i.e. price of each taco is reduced by $0.60.

Checking it for friend fivee enchalida cost $2.90×5=$14.50 which is reduced by price of three tacos i.e. $0.60×3=$1.80 and total price is $14.501.80=$12.70.
