The distributive property says you can split the fraction like this:
`-(6z-2)/3 = -((6z)/3-2/3)`

When you simplify it some more you get:
`-((6z)/3-2/3) = -(6z)/3+2/3 = -6/3*z+2/3=-2z+2/3`
