How do you identify the x and y intercepts by looking at a graph?

The x-intercept is where the graph hits the x-axis and the y-intercept is where the graph hits the y-axis.
Example:
graph{y=2x+4 [-14.23, 14.25, -7.12, 7.11]}
In this example the x-intercept is located at
