Explanation:
One of the properties of acids is that there are going to taste a little sour.
Example: Lemon is an acid, therefore it tastes sour.
I guess with the more hydrogen ion concentration, you will get strong electrical conductors.
That's why you get this shock feeling that everyone likes to call "sour."
