The solution for the system of equations is:

$-7x + y = -6$ , multiplying by $2$
$-14x+color(blue)(2y) =-12$ ..equation $(2)$

Solving by elimination:

Adding equations $2$ and $1$ :

$-x cancelcolor(blue)( - 2y) = 12$
$-14x+cancelcolor(blue)(2y) =-12$

$-15x = 0$

$x = 0 / (-15)$

Finding $y$ from equation $(2)$
$-7x + y = -6$

$y = -6 + 7x$
