Explanation:

First, lets graph the first relation

Remember that x and y are only allowed to be integers. When you plot the points, the x-values are only allowed to be 2. The graph does not pass the vertical line test, so this is not a function. The domain is x=2.

Second, lets graph the second relation
{(x,y);|xy|2}

This also fails the vertical line test. So it is also not a function. The domain is all x values.
