f is frequency that you can evaluate using the general relationship:
c=λf
Where:
λ is wavelength;
c=3×108ms is the the speed of light in vacuum.
Rearranging the expresion for energy you get:
E=hcλ=6.63×10343×1083.10×107=6.42×1019J
