E=h*f
Where:
h=6.63xx10^(-34)Js is Planck's constant;
f is frequency that you can evaluate using the general relationship:
c=lambda*f
Where:
lambda is wavelength;
c=3xx10^8m/s is the the speed of light in vacuum.
Rearranging the expresion for energy you get:
E=h*c/lambda=6.63xx10^(-34)*(3xx10^8)/(3.10xx10^(-7))=6.42xx10^(-19)J
