Explanation:

Given constant temperature and a constant quantity of gas,

P_1V_1=P_2V_2.

And thus P_2=(P_1V_1)/V_2=(1*atmxx500*mL)/(100*mL)=??atm.

Note that you would never quote a pressure OVER 1*atm in mm Hg.
