Factors of the function are (x+3) and (x-4)

Explanation:

When a polynomial function has zeros alpha,beta and gamma, the factors of function are

(x-alpha), (x-beta) and (x-gamma)

As we have zeros -3 and 4, factors of the function are

(x-(-3)) and (x-4) i.e. (x+3) and (x-4)

and function is (x+3)(x-4)=x^2+3x-4x-12

= x^2-x-12
