A question where my answer was the only one has over 60,000 views. Why is the number of students I have helped much less?

That question was asked years ago and it had an answer that accumulated most of the views that the counter shows, but then the answer was deleted because the user didn't agree to the ToS.
I'm not going to go into that again, but you can see this answer for more info on what happened.
After the answer was deleted, the counter didn't reset to zero views. For the sake of simplicity, the team decided not to do that, which is why it's still showing the number of views that this question--and its now-deleted answer--accumulated in a couple of years' time.
You wrote an answer a little over 3 months ago, so I'd say that out of the 60,000+ views that you're seeing there, about 200 - 300 views, maybe a bit more, were accumulated after you posted your answer.
Long story short, the counter you have on your profile page is accurate because it only takes into account the number of views a question gets after you've answered it.
