The angular momentum is =4916kgms1
THe angular velocity is =1Hz

Explanation:

The angular velocity is

ω=vr

where,

v=74ms1

r=74m

So,

ω=74/74=1Hz

The angular momentum is L=Iω

where I is the moment of inertia

For a solid disc, I=mr22

So, I=2(74)22=4916kgm2

L=49161=4916kgms1
