Explanation:
Pluto does cover a much larger range by being farther from the Sun than Earth, so you can in principle measure parallax for a lot more stars from Pluto. But traversing that range (by going 180 degrees in the orbit) to see the full parallax effect from Pluto takes over a hundred years.
