Does it take a longer, same, or shorter time to measure a parallactic shift from Pluto as compared to the Earth? Why?

It will take longer from Pluto than from Earth. In its irbit around the Sun, Pluto moves much more slowly than the Earth.

Explanation:

Pluto does cover a much larger range by being farther from the Sun than Earth, so you can in principle measure parallax for a lot more stars from Pluto. But traversing that range (by going 180 degrees in the orbit) to see the full parallax effect from Pluto takes over a hundred years.
