The answer is: $y'=-7e^(7x)/sqrt(1-e^(14x))$

First of all i suppose there is a little mistake in your writing, I think you would write:

$y=arccose^(7x)$ .

So, using the chain rule:

$y'=-1/(sqrt(1-(e^(7x))^2))*e^(7x)*7=-7e^(7x)/sqrt(1-e^(14x))$
